This is a perfect lunch size. it works well with the Rubbermaid Brilliance containers. Has a great interior zipper pocket for utensils, napkins, and vending machine money. I purchased the both the 5L and 8L size. I bought 2 of the 5L size for my sons' daily school lunch bag. It is super spacious, with enough room for the main lunch plus some fruit, snacks, etc for lunch and snack time. There is ample room for an ice pack or two if you need it. There is a zippered storage area in the top part that you can put napkins, condiments, utensils. It has held up for daily wear and tear by two middle school/junior high boys for almost a year now.
