These taste really good and are potent. I say that because the first time taking them I was up going to the restroom about every two hours that night. I had taken both at the same time so now I spread them to one in the morning and one at night. They are actually cute little gummy bear shaped so that’s fun. Not really noticed a change in skin or hair but I’ve been taking some kind of collagen supplement for a long time now. I do like that it’s a gummy which is easy to take twice and not 3 huge pills to take all at once twice a day. I like these pretty well any may keep having them instead of pills. Read more
