Whole house filter on my Culligan system.

Easy on and off. Isolate both sides (this is how mine is plumbed), or turn off water or pump. Drain off pressure, the loosen with filter wrench. Took me 5 minutes. Filter was on 3 months. Cut open and filter was clean about 1/8th” inside filter. I’m gonna do every 45 days. But should be good up to 90 days based on what I seen. And how dirty your water is (sediment). My water is clear and filter removes almost everything. Check toilet tank to see how much is accumulating in the bottom. Should be very little. If more change filter more often. Peace. Read more

Functions as it is supposed to and ease of installation is as simple as removing your 10”x2.5” housing, lubing a new gasket and installing. Excellent as a finish filter which in use after my 50 micron 20”x4.5” sediment filter. Taste doesn’t seem to improve which is the only issue I’ve had. May be due to not having charcoal finish or that it’s 20 microns but I need 20 micron finish filter to allow my water pressure to stay high as the 5 micron is to restrictive. Water quality as good as any 20 micron finish filter minus does not improve taste. No leakage from housing and excellent value Read more
