Well, I originally bought these as Christmas presents for my dog but they're SO cute I couldn't wait! They're functional in every way. They're the perfect size for my dog for endless games of fetch, and they have just enough give so they have decent chewability but still have a good bounce. And they do squeak which is my dog's favorite part. The only downside to these, which I can already see, is that they easily roll under the couches.
