I suffer from migraines and this works for me
I get migraines and cooling my forehead/head helps a lot. I usually wear cold bandanas but on a bad day or at night this really helps me. I can put it in the fridge for 1/2 hour & it gets really cold and lasts longer. I also wore it under my helmet, while on a long bike ride. Kept me cool. I recommend it. Read more
