I can't show you pictures because once installed, it's not really visible, but I have bought 4 pairs of these to swap them into 2 controllers of mine and fix a controller for my brother and a friend. It does need to be soldered into the controller board and calibrated once installed, but I was able to take it to a local store and get it done for a decent price. The end result; they work flawlessly, I daresay even smoother than before. If you want to evade stick drift leading to another controller purchase, this is more than worth the investment. Read more
Bought two of these to replace some wobbly N64 Joysticks and they are incredible. The spring resistance feels very nice and they have a great range of input. They are just grippy enough for me and they feel very close to an original gamecube joystick. Installation was painless and the Z button fit great in the slot. I was able to align them with no issues and it retained its clicky feeling. Genuinely like these more than the original N64 joysticks. Read more

Cheap and awful. Barely pass as functional. The joystick may not drift-- but the tradeoff is that it doesn't even have the full motion of range. I'm not sure if it's mis-calibrated from the factory or what, but these are not good for your usual range of motion from an n64 controller. They feel incredibly cheap too. Very light and float-y. Spend the extra 5 to get something a bit higher quality (such as the 8BitDo ones. Those are fantastic.) Read more
I would suggest a different brand. I was able to get them installed and calibrated well with limited stationary drift ".02-.04" on the calibration software. Which is low enough so games dont record the movement. However playing Skyrim i did some testing between the repaired controller and a brand new one. The vertical on the right stick is very slow compared to the new controller. I tried recalibrating the range and other troubleshooting methods. Nothing has made it more responsive. With as tedious as it is to replace them i would just try another brand before using the failed ones again. Even if it is a manufacturer flaw. Its not worth the time and effort. I have another controller to fix, will review other brand when finished. 3 stars bc they do work and do not drift. Read more
