Very nice quality and brightness. I temporally installed 1 light to test it before I had my shop wired up as seen in the review pic. You can email hyperlite on their website and provide shop size and they will give you a layout of light placement. Read more
wow. These lights are super bright and very easy to install. I have two of them installed in a 24 x 20 steel building and they light up the whole area well enough to find a dropped small screw on the floor. Well worth the money. I highly recommend. Read more
I bought 6 - 230w for my 30x40 ft pole barn. First issue.. 2 of them wouldn't thread. I think the powder coat is down in the first few threads and stops the eye screw from threading. Turns out, it is M10 x 1.5 mm, so after completely destroying the thread on the first one and nearly destroying the thread on the second one. I ended up tapping the threads first. I didn't want to crack the housing cranking on them. Second.. hanging from the hook means it will never hang level. I guess you could either live with it, or tape washers onto the back to level it. I chose to make brackets our of the metal handy boxes that the outlets are installed in, and put a M10 x 1.5 bolt through. Then I threaded the light onto the handy box after it was attached to the joists and wired. Now they are level and sturdy. I bought 6 more. n Read more
