Great box for the PS5, but it does NOT fit under the seat of an airplane, so this will count as your carry on and not your personal item. Could also use a strap so you could cross body or just put it on a shoulder. Not fun to lug across the airport but it does the job of protecting your electronics extremely well. Read more

I ordered this more for a “just in case” scenario (see what I did there) more than a need scenario. I don’t travel with my PS5 but the case looked too nice to pass on so I got it. The controllers fit like a glove but I haven’t disconnected my console to see how it fits yet. This is for the original PS5 and not the Slim or future Pro version. Make sure if you’re a grandparent or someone not too familiar with this stuff that you verify which console the person has that you’re buying this for. All in all, a very nice case. Read more

This hard case for my PS5 is very very nice. The outer casing is made of an extremely hard plastic making it a great choice while traveling. It has a ton of room in it on top of storing the console itself. It can fit 2 controllers, and al the cables needed with still a bit of room to spare. I picked this up because I travel often and needed something more protective than just bubble-wrapping my PS5 in my luggage. I was specifically looking for a case that fits the original PS5 model, along with one controller, the stand, and ideally my PlayStation Pulse headset. While I haven't found an all-in-one solution, this case comes very close to what I needed! It’s a hard, durable shell and form-fitting for the console, though some of the space ends up unused since I don’t bring a second controller or a PlayStation Remote. It can hold two games, but I would have preferred the remote slot be repositioned—perhaps under the stand—for better use of space. With no second controller to pack, that slot also feels wasted for me. I plan to use it for a hard drive, but this is something to consider if you’re not traveling with two controllers. I knew these minor limitations going in, so I won’t count them as negatives—they’re just specific to my needs. Unfortunately, the Pulse headset doesn’t quite fit. It wasn't intended for that, but an ideal upgrade would be interchangeable sections, allowing you to customize storage based on your gear. This would be a fantastic, future-proof addition in my opinion. The case does includes a pressure-release valve, which is a nice touch if it vacuum-seals during flights. The plastic that the case is made from feels cheap. The foam smells REALLY bad and you'll need to air it out otherwise whatever you put in here will smell like the foam for a LONG time. The seals seem gimmicky. Simply OK. Read more
