The plastic ring gear broke. It’s only the third time and I had less than 3/4-1 pint ice cream in there so it wasn’t overloaded. And that part has never been through any dishwasher or freezer. Atrocious quality. Money wasted. When it was new the paddles don’t even scrape the bowl clean. The original attachment has the paddle pressed right against the bowl. This one leaves a 1 mm gap so the custard freezes slower. Terrible terrible terrible. Read more
