Let me start by apologizing to IcePure, I accidentally got their company mixed up with another company. Their filters are great, haven't had a single issue with any of them. But I did have a problem with a filter by Camco who I mistakenly thought IcePure produced. So I contacted IcePure by mistake and was contacted by Aurora, who has been nothing but extremely helpful and completely understanding throughout this process. So when I got the replacement filter for the filter that was leaking, I was like "oh no, they sent me the wrong filter" and upon closer inspection, it wasn't the filter by IcePure. So I sent an apology email to Aurora and IcePure and explained what happened. I couldn't have had better customer service than what Aurora provided and extension IcePure.
