I have been struggling with knee pain for months. It is a slow healing process. These supports are very thin and work for helping to stabilize my alignment while also serving as a gentle reminder that if I try to do too much, I’m going to hurt. Be aware these are NOT the medical grade tapes a physical therapist uses and they will not restrict any movement. If you have mild discomfort and are pretty far along in the healing process, they do the job. I do not recommend if your pain/injury is new, or causes severe discomfort. They stay stuck pretty well on clean, dry skin. No experience with stick-ability on hairy areas. Take care and kindness matters. Read more

I used the IEADEN Precut Kinesiology Tape for knee support due to a torn meniscus, and I’m very impressed. The tape provided excellent stability and support without restricting movement. I played pickleball for over 2 hours, and my knee felt stable the entire time—no pain during or after play. The tape stayed in place, even with sweat, and was comfortable to wear. It’s breathable, flexible, and didn’t irritate my skin at all. Application was easy since it’s precut, and it held up exactly as advertised. The concept of this tape is a great idea. The functionality was a little off as the bottom tape on the knee has no stretch. No skin irritation the value of cost was good. The ease-of-use was good. It definitely helped with the pain relief however, after the application, it did not stick very well. I’ve been using these types of tapes for a very long time, and I always wash my area with rubbing alcohol. Even using that this tape still did not stick well. I do recommend it but it’s not a long-term solution meaning three or four days, which is typically what I use with KT tape. Read more

We bought this product to use for my daughter‘s knee after she dislocated her knee. It helps to ease the pain while she dances, but the adhesive does become unattached after about two hours of dancing. Read more

Easy application and it works for me. I tried almost everything but surgery. This is the only product that significantly reduced the discomfort in my knee The instructions are not placed correctly. The category (knee, shoulder, etc) does not line up with graphics nor the narrative. Read more

Despite this product being pre-cut and easy to apply, the bad outweighs the good for this product. The instructions are broken English and don't make much sense. Thank goodness for illustrations. I did get this wet with both a shower and sweat and it stayed on for more than 24 hours but when it came time to remove it, that's when the problems started appearing. Most of the edges were frayed and it was difficult to pull up. Once I started to remove it, small bits of the adhesive and fabric from the tape stayed on my skin. You can see the level of irritation on my skin (I was pulling as slowly as possible) even after a shower. I had to scrub (firmly!) the remainder of the adhesive off. This has not been my experience with the KT Tape brand. I'll be returning the remainder of this tape despite its ease of use and pre-cut shape. Read more
