I found this filter while searching for a replacement filter for my legacy Nikken PiMag filtration system (#13151). The filter (item #13152), was discontinued in 2022 when the manufacturer went out of business. The appearance, size and specifications were so similar to the Nikken filter (item #13152) that I decided to roll the dice and order one in the hopes that it would fit. Incredibly, it fit the system like a glove! It even includes a CR2032 battery for the filter replacement indicator! I'm so happy that this product is giving my PiMag water filtration system a second life. The filter takes longer than a 15-minute flushing to break it in, but it works great and the water tastes just fine. My cats drink the filtered water with no complaints. I'm very happy with it and so will Nikken customers who shelled out several hundred for the filtration system all those years ago. Read more
