Perfect replacement. Just what i needed so i didn’t have to buy a whole new waterpik. Replacing the piece was really simple and fast. My old hose sprung a leak so this was a great option to save money. As other people mentioned, the water pressure is a little lower with this than the original but i never needed full blast. I used around a 7 and now it’s around 8.5. So it can still go stronger but it’s good enough for me. Read more

The new replacement handle kit for my Water Pic Water Flosser was easy. The only tool you will need is a Phillips screw driver, and replacement is easy. Only one word of caution: Once removing the two screws on the bottom, and removing the old handle hose, be sure to clean out the hole where the tube was. THEN be careful to follow the instructions on inserting the little, tan colored delicate reed valve (it just drops in the hole) as it only goes in one way. Just follow the included instructions closely and you will get the job done correctly. Now, I have a new handle and hose that I hope will give me as much service as the old one did! Read more

Updated- bought another one. This one performs better than the one I bought a year ago. Pressure is better than last one. Guees the check was was improved. Updated- now the mounting bracket on bottom broke. Useless! --The replacement arrived quickly and installed easily. After the first use the pressure seemed to drop and when pressing the button to stop water, the pump did not bog down like it was building enough pressure. Flipped the small check valve and it worked great again for 1 run. Next run same problem, low pressure and no back pressure when pushing button. I would look somewhere else for a better product. There have been a total of 4 Handles on my Waterpic. The original handle that came OEM with the unit, and one that I replaced the OME with. The first Replacement handled worked exactly like the OEM handle until the blue button got stuck just as the OEM handle had. I purchased what was the third handled installed it (let me state the replacing these handles is an extremely easy process with minimal tools) and notice a significant drop in water pressure. I also noticed the plastic tube the connects the handle to the machine was not as stiff. BTW I believe that's what causes the drop in water pressure. I elected to return that handle and purchased this one. There was a very minimal increase in water pressure but not up to the OEM or the first replacement handle. If you prefer strong water pressure I would advise you continue searching and steer clear of this product. As an example the first two handles only required the pressure to be set at 7 or 8. With this handle I have the pressure at the maximum and it not as strong as the lower setting of 7 or 8. Read more

We have an older Waterpik model WP100 W/C which is about 10 years old, and the white hose cracked. We bought this replacement from Amazon vendor Vibrant Living Supply, it comes in a sealed plastic bag which the bag has the brand name iHealthia on it. It was 13.75 w free s/h from Amazon. This replacement kit that came is an exact fit replacement for our unit. I was concerned with some of the other reviewers pictures that I might have to modify the case as bit as they showed they did - but I did not. It was a perfect fit; I put some approved silicon around the o-ring assembly first, and then gently pushed/turned it into place, and gently tightened the screws. It looks exactly like the o-ring assembly and handle unit I took out in every way. Also to note, contrary to what others said, our hose seems a little softer and more flexible that the original which was much stiffer - hopefully this is a good thing. Also to mention I noticed negligible water flow pressure difference with the new one in place, and I had marked the number I had it set to before I changed it. Hopefully this replacement will last for another 10+ years. We are Very happy with this purchase, so much so that I wrote this review, but most importantly our Waterpick unit is now back in action! The replacement works, but the tubing is smaller ID than the original and reduced the flow and pressure to the pick to lower than optimum. Can be used but is not nearly as efficient as the original. Read more

Looks like the original once installed. Works just fine. On first observation before installation the inside of the connector where it installs on the base unit looked different as the original at this point had a "C" shaped inner ring of plastic with an opening toward the side where the tubing connects; however, that did not impact the way it worked. It works just as it did with the original tube and connector. This kit provided all that one might need to replace the wand, tube, and connector to the base including the small leaf valve that goes inside the connector adjacent to the base to prevent back flow during operation.
