It's wonderful when one product can multi task. This iHome triple charging clock does just that and more. It is a wireless charger for an iPhone, AirPods, and an Apple watch. It also is an alarm clock and has a place for small items on your nightstand. It may not be the fastest charging but it is efficient. It comes with an adapter and cable but you need two AAA batteries to keep the time when not plugged into to an outlet. It only comes in one color and is made of black plastic and folds flat for travel. They call it compact but I think it is larger. The time brightness can be adjusted or completely turned off. This is a good compact charger for all your Apple products. I like that it folds up pretty slim and you can put it just about anywhere. Definitely a good option for travel. It works perfectly and charges everything together. It’s not super fast, but that’s ok for me. I’m just always charging overnight, so it works well for me. I do wish it was a bit more slim. There is a big wedge on the back which adds a good amount of bulk. It’s very easy to use - literally just plug it in and you’re ready to go. It does also take two AAA batteries to keep track of the time when it’s not plugged in, but you can still use fine without them (you just have to reset the time each time you plug it in). It’s easy to adjust the time though so not a big deal. The watch charger can be used in the flat position, or popped up depending on your preference. It’s 100% plastic, but doesn’t feel super cheap or flimsy. It definitely doesn’t feel super premium but feels on par for the price. I appreciate they included a decent cable and plug so you have everything you need to plug it in and go. And it’s USB C which I also appreciate and not some proprietary connection. The brightness level for the clock can be adjusted to three different levels but just using the + and - buttons on the back. It’s pretty small and not obtrusive at night. And can be seen fine during the day. And most of the time if your phone is on there, you will not see the clock as it sits behind. One note, the charger does NOT have an alarm clock built in. You just use your phone as the alarm, which is what most people I’m sure understand, but just want to point that out. The MagSafe connection is strong and holds the one well. It’s also not too strong that it’s hard to pull your phone off. They designed it well so that the phone site 1/4 inch away from the back, it’s easy to get your fingers in there to take it off. The magnets on the watch and AirPods also work well and give you confidence they are on there and charging wirelessly. I also like the small tray in the middle for any small items you have in your pocket that you might want to toss in there. This clock works great with a nice clock. When the phone is on the charger, the phone’s clock will display in larger numbers when charging my iPhone and AirPods. When it’s not charging any devices, it shows the time in a smaller format. It fits so nicely on my side table next to my couch. I used to forget to charge my iPhone and AirPods since the charger was in the other room. Now it is so much more convenient and helps me to remember to charge them both since the clock is sitting right there to remind me to check to see if they need to be charged. The media could not be loaded. This is a really nice charging station, and it’s pretty travel friendly. It has a battery backup for the clock, which is pretty unique, but helpful for when you don’t have your phone charging. It has good charging for the iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. It’s easy to use, you just have to plug it in and set the time. It folds up and is easy to put into a bag to take with you. It’s not as small as some charging stations, but it’s very sturdy feeling and well protected when folded, so I think it’s a good balance. It’s a sleek black color, which goes with pretty much everything, so it looks nice on my nightstand. I chose this item because I am a big fan of iHome products and I recently broke a similar triple device charging unit from another brand while traveling so I was looking for a new one. This is a nice sleek design that I definitely can see being a great option to take on the go because it folds down to be the size of a miniature tablet. It’s really convenient being able to charge three different devices so your phone, watch, and AirPods all simultaneously. Additionally, I do like the digital clock on the charging unit; however unless I’ve completely overlooked it in the instructions, there isn’t an alarm clock feature. That can be solved using your iPhone as your alarm though. This seems well made as expected from this brand, sturdy, and like a quality unit. It’s functional and looks fairly nice. It’s lightweight. I was hoping it was a tinder profile when folded. Most of the product images don’t show that the battery compartment wedge on the back of the top half protrudes almost as much as the folded thickness at the edge. The clock is clear, can be set to 12/24h, and has adjustable brightness (including off). The charger is functional and my 17 max covers most of the upper half. There’s not enough room for any model phone to fit vertically though. Read more
