Hello my name is Jeremy James, I am a quadriplegic I am paralyzed from the shoulders down. I seem these plugs being used watching YouTube videos and I think that people found them very convenient which I truly did as well. This in a sense has brought me to be independent in a way which allows me to ask Alexa or Siri to cut on my laptop fan and lights around me knowing that when no one is a round I cannot reach them myself. Had these for less than a week, I’ve had to reboot (unplug them) once each in that time to reconnect to my app. Using Wink 4 smart hub and it has also lost them once each thus past week. I love the ability to turn on lamps and appliances from my phone. Works with iPhone iHome app too. I bought four. The only complaint is they disconnect from the wifi from time to time. Otherwise they are as advertised. Read more

Not a simple ZWAVE device, In order to set it up you will need to download the IHome app you can't just link it with your ZWAVE hub. In addition the app needs access to Home app in your phone and the app itself does not have IFTTT. I own a few ZWAVE dimmers, switches and fan controllers but this one I don't like. Not a very smart move IHome producer, you would have a better rating and sales if you would just let it pair with the existing hubs instead of trying to take control over the device, take example from Leviton, Lutron GE and others. In addition the package blows, in order to open it you have to destroy the package now since I return it it has to go back to be repack in order to be sold again...
