Best wrist support

Just the feel of it. Don’t have carpel tunnel but I do have occasional pain. Then I broke my wrist and after all the cast and pt, this just feels good at night. Read more

I have been buying this since the early 2000's, I have been in the computer industry for 40 years and do not have any sign of carpal tunnel. This keeps things going for years and years. I have owned the current one since 2019ish. Read more

Good choice

My wrist hurts sometimes when using the computer, I tried this glove because I wanted something to avoid my wrist to get screwed. the results are satisfactory, no more wrist hurting. And the glove feels comfortable enough so you'll get used to it quickly. Not to say that is cheap. Read more

Works so well I bought a second one

IMAK RSI SmartGlove has helped me with numbness in my hands at night. I had one and recently purchased a 2nd one to use on both hands. The feature that it is reversible is also a plus. I am sleeping so much better as I have much less or no numbness in my hands or fingers Read more

Glove is good, seller is NOT

The glove itself seems to be working okay. There were some issues with the sizing - I measured as indicated in the instructions and my hand is 3 1/2", so I ordered the medium per the guidelines. This was so loose that I got no more benefit than wearing a mitten. So I returned it and ordered a second one in size small, which is much better. In addition to the support, the bracing along the back of the wrist serves as kind of a reminder to not let my wrist slouch. I feel like I get better benefit from imak's wrist support cushion than from the glove, but I do alternate between them. Now, for the Therapy Connection themselves. As you can see above, it says $14.98 plus FREE shipping. Not free super saver, or any other shipping option with disclaimers. FREE shipping. Keep that in mind, it'll come back in a minute. When the first glove arrived, I contacted and explained that I was frustrated that I had followed their sizing information to the letter and still ended up with a glove that was significantly too big. They gave me two options: 1) pay to ship the product back to them along with a check for $3.95 to cover the shipment of the exchange, or 2) pay to ship the product back to them for a refund less a 20% restocking fee, and meanwhile order a replacement separately. Either way, I was going to be out the cost to ship the product back to them, plus an additional fee (either the shipping of the new item, or the restocking fee). I emailed them and stated that I didn't think I should be penalized for following their instructions for sizing. She emailed me back: "We sincerely empathize with your situation and in an effort to accommodate you we will be happy to waive the 20% restocking fee upon receipt of the returned item. Please know that all sizing instructions are exactly as provided by the manufacturer but want to ensure your satisfaction. Because we have made this exception today it would be most appreciated if you would take a few moments to leave feedback on your transaction with HPMS, Inc." Okay. So I ordered a new one, again with the free shipping. I also left the seller a good review (even though I usually don't do this when I feel like the review was "in exchange" for something) because I was decently satisfied with the resolution at that point. I then paid to return the first one, expecting the full purchase price to be refunded since they were going to waive the restocking fee. However, when I received my refund, it was almost $3.00 short. I emailed to ask if the restocking fee was going to be refunded separately, and received the following: "I have reviewed the credit to your account and can confirm that the 20% restocking fee was waived and you were not charged this amount. The small amount that was kept from the refund were any incurred shipping charges. Please note, that per our posted policies, shipping charges are non-refundable, including any shipping fees incurred by HPMS, Inc. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs pre-paid by HPMS, Inc. and not added to the customer's order. These costs, unfortunately, can not be recovered." I'm sorry, WHAT? You say that you are providing free shipping, but then come refund time you equivocate and find a way to say that it's not free shipping? And WHY was that not laid out when you gave me the options to either return or exchange? This seems incredibly deceptive to me. So, on the second order, I left them a very negative review: "First one I ordered was too large despite following their sizing instructions to the letter. I was told that shipping was FREE, but then when I returned the original order, they kept some of the refund because 'shipping is non-refundable'. So I had to pay for return shipping, and pay for the supposedly free shipping of the first item, all because the sizing info on their site was wrong." And they responded to this, publicly, with more lies: "Sizing provided by manufacturer, same used by hundreds of buyers w/o problem. We offered exchange w/no fee. Buyer declined. Turns out size really wasn't issue. Return policy posted, same as Amazon, known b4 purchase and b4 return. We regret buyers disappointment." Where was the no-fee offer that I declined?? If I did an exchange, they were going to charge me an EXTRA $3.95 for shipping. If I did a return they were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee (and apparently they were also going to charge me for the shipping of the first one in that case, even though they didn't tell me this). They offered to waive the 20% fee and I accepted that offer, I didn't decline it. I'm just furious that they didn't mention that they'd also be keeping the shipping fee in that option. It may be buried in their terms and conditions small print somewhere, but an honest vendor would have pointed it out. They didn't. Turns out size really wasn't issue?????? I had one that didn't fit, now I have one that fits. It's not like I was asking for them to give me one for free, I just didn't want to have to pay more than what I had originally spent to correct their mistake. But it took me a week longer and cost me almost $8 more than what I originally thought I was going to pay, between return shipping and the fee they kept. When you're talking about a $15 product, an extra $8 is a huge difference. And one last thing: if you read other reviews, you'll see that it's NOT true that I'm the only one with a sizing complaint. Let's see: so I was in a lot of pain, ordered a product I thought would help, and was frustrated for two reasons when it didn't fit - because I would have to wait even longer for pain relief, and because I would have pay more to get a replacement even though the fault was not mine. I thought I had a company that was working with me, then found them to be sneaky and deceitful in practice. When I called them out on it publicly, the continued to lie, and in a forum where they are allowed to have the last word. Beware. The Therapy Connection may have the cheapest price on this product, but it's not worth it. Order it from ANYONE but them. Read more
