I love that you can cook, fry anything in these. They have even heat distribution, and nothing sticks. Use any utensils, does not scratch the surface. Easy to clean, does not need to be scrubbed, just a little soap and hot water. Wipe clean. They are a little heavy due to the cast iron. The handles stay cool. My regret is that I didn't get the 10 inch, instead of the 8 inch. I think the 2 larger sizes have more benefits. Read more

It's cast iron so I was highly apprehensive about "non-stick" claims, but I figured either way it would work for searing meats and cornbread. The non-stick is as good as Teflon. I hand wash, towel dry and wipe the inside with olive oil after every use. Protein residue comes right off with just running water. Eggs don't stick! These pans were nice when I got them but after 6 months of cooking bacon almost every day the large one just got burnt on the inside just like every other pan besides my cast iron one. Read more

This is the typical substandard product on offer from the CCP. They’re either incompetent or trying to poison Americans. The supposed “long lasting” and “scratch proof” claims are lies. I’ve never used anything but a non-abrasive sponge on this pan and have only used it more than a few dozen times but this pan’s cheap coating already peeling away. This is fraud pure and simple! The media could not be loaded. Always wanted a couple of cast iron pans. Last time I remember using one was my mothers and she swore by them. That was 50 years ago and long before non stick. These feel somewhat lighter than I remember with a slightly thinner overall construction that is easier to handle due to less weight. Non stick works well enough. Not the best non stick surface but decent. Love the gold handles. Feels good in the hand but do be careful, they get hot. One thing I remember my mother telling me was to be sure and season them with oil and not wash heavily with soap. Read more

I actually didn’t realize I ordered cast iron but glad I made the mistake. These are the greatest non-stick pans. I love them. After use just an easy wipe in the sink and ready to go again. They are a little heavy being cast iron. Attractive copper color handle. Read more
