Its a Beautiful knife - extremely Sharp and amazing to work with. Looks great too so it looks good along with my Wusthof collection. There are some plastic handle cheap looking boning knives which are actually great to use but look so ugly I wouldn’t have been able to keep it in my knife block. I can’t speak for professionals who need to use it all day. They may have other requirements. I only plan to use it once or twice a week maybe. Read more
