Arrived Unsealed and Defective Exposed Wiring and Detached Lid
The product arrived in the shipping box in good condition, and the outer box was fine. However, the inner bag was not sealed, and the box itself wasn’t sealed either. When I removed the arepa maker from the already open bag, there was no seal on the appliance. Upon inspecting it, I realized that the top lid was completely detached. Beneath this loose lid, the area where the heating element and all the electrical wiring is housed was fully exposed. Read more
