Easy to use
Definitely don’t put it in the sun. The temperature won’t read accurately. It is a nice size. The numbers are big, making it easy to read from inside my house. It’s very easy to use as it’s already put together. It’s very durable and the parts don’t appear to be made cheaply. All in all I do recommend this. Read more
Very nice, accurate, with one small thing they could improve
This review is for the 12" Indoor Outdoor Thermometer Decorative - Waterproof Garden Wall Thermometer for Patio, Large Number Thermometer with Stainless Steel Enclosure, No Battery Needed Hanging Thermometer. I bought it in Jan 2025. It is sturdy, seems well-constructed, the round frame is a nice color of metal, giving it a bit of a classy look. And I was able to manually calibrate it as needed to make it accurately match my traditional and trusted mercury thermometer. I like this thermometer. I do wish the pointer needle was red and not black so that it could contrast with the gauge behind it. Think about if that is important to you when purchasing an outdoor thermometer that might be placed at a distance from where you would be standing when you read it. Could you easily see where the needle was pointing? Is that small detail enough to give this product only a 4-star rating and not 5-star? Perhaps not, but there are already 1,499 ratings posted for this item and, if you're like me, you'll first read the ratings that are not 5-star. Read more

Crappy thermometer
No matter where I put the thermometer and no matter what I follow from Lacrosse Technology, the temperature reading between the weather station and the thermometer is always 8 to 10 degrees, and at times 20. What a piece of crap? I definitely regret purchasing the thermometer. No, I will not recommend it to others throughout the globe. Read more
