Purchased from open box to save some $$$. Product in excellent condition. I have very thick hair but each hair is crazy thin. My hair takes 40 minutes or more with other dryers. This dries my hair in 15-20 minutes! I love the focus tool. Weight is pretty standard and had no problem with it. Is it light? No, but completely useable! My hair has almost no fly always. I’ve been playing with it with tons of success. It does get very hot but cool shot works great! Maybe loud but don’t mind it. I haven’t played with the defuser much. I LOVE that this dryer has a no-heat setting. I can dry my hair without getting so hot I want to pass out. It’s heavier than AC motor models. If you were going to round brush your hair without getting it, I can see it getting kinda cumbersome. Works great. Glad I bought it. Haven’t used the diffuser yet. Read more
This is a great hair dryer with diffuser attachment for my curly/wavy hair - what it difference it makes. The shape of the diffuser cups the hair perfectly and the option to use the medium heat setting allows me to get closer to the scalp without burning. I had more expensive hair dryers in the past and don't feel like I've missed out on any features. If I were to be picky about anything it would be the placement of some of the settings where you would need to hold the handle. Read more
Amazing hair dryer. The setting are a little confusing but once you get use to it, no problem. By that I mean you know how on is usually pushing the switch up well on this it's down. Not a biggie. Dries hair quickly and has the cooler button to help set the curl. No cheap but worth the money as it's not made in China!!! Read more
It’s really shiny! I bought it in black. I particularly like the Italian logo on it. It dries the hair nicely. I have thick short hair and naturally wavy. You can’t feel or see your hair move while it’s drying so I was finger drying a lot thinking it’d help but the technology in these dryers these days are better on the hair. It dried mine in the same amount of time and left a silky finish. Im a retired hairdresser. I am used to the more powerful tools because time was money and you needed something to get the job done quickly. This dryer is good it just wasn’t that power that Im looking for. Its almost like a 4 cylinder Turbo, but you want the V*8 hemi. I reordered another Italian hair dryer hoping it’s the one and sending this one back. It is light weight, not like the ones in hotels and it doesn’t squill like those. So it has some weight but not what i would call heavy or bulky. It does get hot, not while moving it but if you shoot and hold onto one area you can feel it getting really hot which is nice. I always like using the cool shot to hold the curl after heating because I use it a lot on my hair. Also, if you have any fly always you can cold shoot it and it will close the cuticle and lay down for you. Read more

I was super excited to get this brand name hair dryer but I am so disappointed. Firstly the dryer is so heavy and it takes a while for my hair to get dry. Secondly the nozzle is too focused to properly distribute the airflow across all my hair. Read more
