I will start off by saying that I am a pillow snob. I cannot stand feather pillows, or other filled pillows, that let your head sink down to the mattress with no support. On the other spectrum I cannot stand pillows that are stuffed so tight they do not have any give so that you neck is bent when you sleep. Up to now I have been using a memory foam pillow and I start the night my pressing my head into the pillow to make an indent so it is more ergonomic, and it will hold that indent pretty well with just the weight of my head throughout the night. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this pillow, it is quite a stand out from the standard pillow design in the way it looks. It is already shaped with the indent for your head. As a back sleeper it is the perfect ergonomic design, I recommend using it in the direction shown in the photo I provided. The memory foam is firm and supporting, yet very comfortable. This pillow is a significant improvement over my old quality memory foam pillow, with an advanced ergonomic shape built into the pillow from the start. If you are a side sleeper I recommend turning the pillow so the narrow white side faces away from the top of the bed. I found this to be the most comfortable position for a side sleeper and the stomach sleeper, and I could notice the improved pillow design with how well the pillow felt for those sleeping positions compared to a regular pillow. In this position the indent in the center provides space for your ear so there is no pressure on your ear, yet still providing full comfortable support for your head. I liked this pillow instantly and had a great night sleep from day one. This pillow has an inflatable air sack inside that can be filled with a little squeeze pump in order to customize it more. I have to say that I did not care for this feature, liking the pillow best without any air. It seemed to make the pillow less ergonomic with air. I also do not like having a tube hanging out of my pillow even if there is a little pocket for it. I think an air fill valve would have been a better idea, because once you have it set at a level you do not need to touch it again, and its not like anyone else will be using this pillow to have a need for readjustment. Overall I found it to be an awesome pillow that is well designed, the best I have ever slept on. Read more

Really terrific inflatable pillow! This is the most comfortable pillow I have slept on in a long time! I use a CPAP machine, so finding a pillow that not only is comfortable for my neck, but also is good for different sleeping positions without smashing the CPAP air hose, is very important. With this pillow, because its inflatable I can inflate it to not totally full so its a bit squishy and my hose sinks into it rather than getting pinched. Because of the shape of the pillow I can sleep on my tummy, my side or my back comfortably. Last night I slept longer and more solidly than I have in a long time and I do believe its because of this pillow. Its easy to inflate and easy to deflate which means I can take it with me when I travel. The pillow itself is made of memory foam. The good thing about this pillow is that it has a place for your arms to go when you are on your tummy and theres a part of it that is perfect for sleeping on your side as well as the middle for sleeping on your back. The pillow supports your neck so you dont wake up with a crick in your neck. There is a storage pocket for the pump (so its not getting in the way when you are sleeping). The cover is zippered on with a good strong zipper that glides easily and is stitched in well, and it enables you to take the cover off to wash it. I find this pillow to be a MORE than excellent value for the cost as I have spent untold amounts on other pillows that have not enabled me to sleep so well with my CPAP machine, as this one has so far. I got this pillow because I was waking up with a stiff neck pretty much every morning. The whole inflatable thing seemed interesting so I figured I'd give it a shot. The memory foam feels nice and the silk cover is definitely soft. I like that you can adjust the height with the little pump that comes with it. Took me a few nights to figure out the right amount of air though. The center dip for your head is good and it does keep my neck aligned better than my old pillow. My husband likes that it doesn't take up as much space as those huge contour pillows. The side pockets are handy for keeping the pump. But here's the thing and it's kind of noisy when you move around at night because of the air chambers. Not super loud but you notice it. Also it feels a bit weird at first if you're used to regular pillows. The instructions say it's for people between certain heights and weights which seems oddly specific. I'm right in the range and it works fine for me. The cleaning situation is a bit annoying since you can only wash the cover. Would be good for people with neck issues who don't mind adjusting to something different. Read more

My brother had neck surgery so I picked this up for him to help with his recovery. But before I gave it to him I tried it out for myself. Long story short, I'm kept this for myself and got my brother another one. My first reaction out of the box was that it looks great and feels even better. The material is very soft and the pillow has some weight to it. It keeps my head in a very supportive position when I'm on my back and it also feels great when I'm on my side. I also like to sleep on my stomach and there are two recessed areas for my hands--very thoughtful. The pump provides a fine tuning to make the pillow mere or less firm. Lastly, the cover comes off so it can be tossed into the washing machine. It's not cheap, but it's a solid upgrade from a standard pillow. Read more
