Adequate, but there's room for improvement

This product is handy to have, but would be better if it was heavier at the base, somewhat tighter at the top and if the cradle the monitor bottom rests in was a little longer deeper and thicker. It holds a 15.6-inch portable monitor all right once everything is in place and any needed adjustments are made. However, if your monitor is as tricky and ornery to adjust as mine, with its very small depress and then partly rotate one way or the other to get to where you can change brightness, contrast, etc , and then make that change, you must steady the monitor to keep it from sliding off or tipping over forward or back. My reasonably priced portable monitor is decent once the adjustment struggle is over. This monitor stand is adequate then as well. If I ever buy another portable monitor -- Attention product designers! -- I'll hold out for one that has individual knobs or wheels, at least for its most-used adjustments. Likewise, if I buy another monitor stand, I'll get one with more base weight, a bit broader cradle and more stiffness. Read more

I got one with a monitor I ordered and when I saw them for sale separately I bought 2. They are great for my second monitors with my laptops, and now I have one on my desk with a small monitor so when doing share in Teams people no longer complain about it being too small. If you use 4K screens on your desk and share with zoom or teams, this is a great way to solve that problem. Read more
