I bought this lunchbox for my autistic son and he loves it. The lunch box holds a good amount. (A small container, small thermos and a small bag of chips and there is still plenty of room still more.) I like that it is insulated to keep his food fresh until lunch time. The zipper opens and closes easily for him and it even snaps on to his book bag if he needs extra room in his book bag for homework. It is very easy to clean. The letter on the front is durable too. I purchased this for my daughter’s lunches, about a week before school started. I was worried that my procrastination would mean she wouldn’t have it on time. I was pleasantly surprised that it shipped and arrived within 2 days. It’s a great size, and fits all her lunch items. It is large enough to fit her bento box, as well, which is great. Last year, the lunchbox we got her was too small, and the bento would not fit. So she had to carry it separately. The zipper pocket on the inside, can hold slim items, but not much more. She loves the personalized letter on the front, and says it matches her preppy aesthetic. She wanted the black, so it would match her backpack, but still wanted the pretty pink and sparkly letter. She hasn’t had problems with it not keeping her food cold, but says it doesn’t really keep food warm. I wasn’t expecting too much, for the price point, so that’s not surprising. But for the money, it meets my expectations. It’s easily cleaned on the inside, and the part of the outside that doesn’t have the letter, cleans well, too. I’m worried that the letter wouldn’t clean easily, if it were to get dirty. The main zipper seems to work properly, it opens and closes smoothly, and doesn’t get stuck. That being said, the zipper on the inside mesh pocket is already separating. It gaps when it is zipped, the teeth don’t close it all the way. So I’m not sure if it’s just the fabric, or if it’s a cheaper zipper on the inside. It still works, but I don’t know how long that zipper will last. Overall, I think it’s a good value for the money, and think the durability of the outside is great. I do wish the zipper inside was of better quality. I would purchase this one again in the future.
