Excellent little power bank. I like the digital display, the fact that both ports are both input or output, you can charge it by plugging it directly into a wall block, no cable needed, the design of the fold down plug is sturdier than the competition and slightly longer, so it fits my phone while it's still in its case, it fast charges my phone in turbo mode, and it's small and lightweight enough to throw in my pocket. All of this and it's less expensive than the competition with MUCH better customer service. This fits in my pocket and is easy to connect when needed. Light and compact, holds a charge and makes charging my iPhone a breeze. The phone with charger attached fits nicely in my hand and I can use the phone while it is charging. So far it stays attached while I am using the phone. Great for airport and flying. Two defective battery packs in a row. First pack would not charge past 39% after being connected for at least an hour. It would also not charge up my phone. Returned it. Second pack did the same thing. Stuck a 53% and would not charge devices. I saw a news story that this company has recalls out on other battery packs for fire risk. I was looking for a compact battery bank, and this one checked all the boxes. The digital display was the icing on the cake—I didn’t expect it to be so useful, but now I consider it a must-have. Being able to see exactly how much power is left makes it easy to plan and adjust as needed. Display is bright and easy to read in any setting. I love the small form factor—it’s easy to store and perfect for travel. My only critique is the swiveling charging port, which feels a bit fragile. The motion is somewhat basic, so I’ll be extra cautious when using it. A secondary soft charging cable might be a smart addition. Maybe my concern is unfounded, but it’s the only aspect that gave me pause. Other than that, this battery bank is outstanding. This battery bank has nice build quality at a very portable form factor, weighting around 100 grams. It was able to output around 18.9 Watt to my MacBook (although I would never use it to charge my laptop). After about 10 minutes of charging the laptop at its full output, it was slightly warm (which is expected). It comes with a short USB C cable and gives you the option to either plug in a USB C cable or use the USB C plug on its side. Battery life is as advertised. Given its size, this battery bank serves a different purpose from the ones with 10,000mAh or more. It's ideal for a day trip where you want to be able to charge your phone as you go. The side with the USB C plug has a little plastic handle that sticks out, but it shouldn't cause any issues in a sling or purse. Just be aware that if you plug this into an iPhone and lay it down on a surface, there's going to be a gap between the surface and your phone (see photos) because the height of the USB C plug is higher the thickness of a phone. Since the battery is pretty light, it should be okay as long as you don't apply pressure on this gap. If you plan to put this in your pocket to charge, it should be fine, too. But you can always use the cable that comes with the battery if you're worried. I'll update my review if anything changes. So far, it looks like a 10/10 product with great value and excellent build quality with ease of use in mind. Read more

I've bought several INIU products in the past with great results so I bought 2 of these. However, out of the box, the power depletes rapidly when connected to my phone even though it doesn't charge the phone. I plugged them in to charge and the progress meter didn't advance even after a couple of hours. At that point, both seemed to be defective. But I left them plugged in to charge overnight, and in the morning they were finally at 100% charged and seemed to be working normally now. Time will tell. Read more
