Love these so much. I needed new undies anyway as all mine were becoming ancient, holy relics. I now wear these exclusively as they are thin and comfy and fix an issue I've never been okay with: constantly being a little wet down there. I imagine you would need something quite a bit thicker of you have heavier periods, but I've always been very lucky to be a lite bleeder. Do keep a tampon around just in case you have a bad day, though! - These do seem like they might run a little small, but I'm not sure it's by a lot. - No crinkly sound. If there is then no one is going to hear it when you have them on. - Wash just like everything else. Have had no issues with "red" showing up on other clothes. Though I will say that these appear to "bleach" a little where the mess was in the underwear. A bit odd as I only use dye-free detergent. Coverage and absorbency is great for light days. I used this for a day or two before I get my period to avoid any accidents. For heavier days I use the heavy flow underwear which I also bought on Amazon. I have 3 for heavy days and 7 for light days. They are leaking resistant and wash well. They're a decent 4th layer of protection, but as a heavyyyyy bleeder, I couldn't use as just a 2nd layer. They fit a little smal on me. Ripped a hole in one pair pulling them up bc they were kind of thin. I wouldn't say they're bad leak resistant wise, but not great for heavy flow girlies. Read more

I don't like wearing pads and liners constantly during my period when it's light so these have been perfect for those few days before and after. Feel better about not adding more trash to the world. They are comfortable, soft and are good even on a medium day. Great absorbency but wouldn't recommend on a super heavy day. Read more
