It’s a nice TV for the money (purchased on Black Friday for @$400). It came well packaged with no damage I know of. The setup was easy. The picture quality is good and the sound is acceptable. No fault of the manufacturer- I do plan to buy some surround sound for better audio. The audio is sufficient but I think the addition would help. Remote can lag a little but not bad. My only real complaint…. The screws for the legs absolutely suck. I went to Lowe’s and purchased “stainless steel pan Phillips 8 x 1 sheet metal screws”. They went in like a charm and work great. (If you don’t know what those are, just ask an employee for help or find the matching box in the screw aisle.) Would purchase again. Read more
Tv has fantastic picture quality. Truly a 4K tv. Sound is amazing and it pretty unbelievable coming from a tv alone. But now the downside to this tv is a terrible, ridiculously slow UI. It’s so buggy, lags after clicking on something. Basically useless UI. But if you pair it with a chrome cast or Apple TV, it’s a solid setup that’s at an unbeatable price Read more
This TV is excellent for the price. The picture is amazing. My only complaint is it auto shuts off if you have a show paused for too long. There's apparently no way to turn off that feature. Read more

Ok so at first I was skeptical about this tv I have been a Vizio owner for the past few years and last Friday my 3 year old Vizio decided to just have no picture, cue the part where I look for a alternative for the time being while i saw this I didn’t read any reviews I just bought it and said oh well! I will be completely honest with you this is a really nice piece for the price and was easily one of the best tv purchases ever the picture quality is out of this world, the clarity and sound is good but I paired it with my sound bar and subwoofer in seconds so theater room is back in order. This tv is easy to setup and has Alexa built in to the remote it flawlessly connected to WiFi and the price is insane it’s so valuable to get something this nice for the price point. You get what you pay for, the tv itself is awesome, but I’d advise using it as a monitor for a Xbox or separate system, the computer inside the tv itself is slower than dirt, I’d also invest in headphones or a sound system, but for the price of the tv the quality is justified Read more
