I own some rendition of every waterdrop product that they've made for the most part, with the exception of this effortless to install, maintain, and keep working countertop RO system. I have tankless, tank--RO systems, under sink filters, two filter, three filter, three filter + UV waterdrop RO systems. THIS THING IS AWESOME! For those that don't know, with RO water, there's always some amount of "waste water" or "reject water". This machine keeps that to a minimum but it also requires a change in thinking. When refilling the reservoir you actually first empty the water, then refill the tank...which later is filtered into a removal freshwater "clean water" tank. It does have a handle and pitcher spout but I see other Waterdrop models have the ability to remove the pitcher from the front without taking out of the machine. I'd prefer and would purchase that model if I were to obtain another. The setup takes about twenty minutes which seems lengthy as you need to flush the system, the filters, and then you will be on the way to amazing RO water.. you DON'T have to provide a drain saddle or drain line like every other type of non countertop/portable/renter/non-plumbers dream. Sure I have under counter RO for ICE and water and the sink and a filter on the dishwasher, however, this really has changed my life and I'll probably be upgrading to one with a few more features. I refuse to drink our tap water given concentrations of things that change since the municipal supply is off ground water wells and only magnetically filtered for arsenic. A beautiful packaged design and clear, English, instruction as Waterdrop has become what I would call the leader in the drinking water filtering. Check out their water tool as well to see what filter YOU specifically need (just found it today and was shocked at the water samples from my area). If you're looking for a simple, sleek design, that serves water at room and hot temperatures..I also use it for my waterpik because 113F is perfect by the time I get upstairs with the cup, maybe another reason to upgrade move this to the bedroom. Do kep in mind it can be a bit noisy (not for a kitchen) but during the RO process isn't silent. Be sure to do your part and clean the internal as advised and you'll love this thing. So much easier than under sink models! Read more

Very convenient way to instantly get hot water without having to wait for a pot or kettle to boil. This sits on the counter top and provides hot water within seconds. You can choose the temperature and volume of water to dispense Because of the reverse osmosis filter, the water tastes great, too. I drink hot water or tea throughout the day, so even though it does take up a counter space, it is worth the convenience. The water resevoir does need to be monitored and refilled, but this works well when you do not have a direct water line connection. Overall, I am very happy with the dispenser. Read more
Some things to note: This unit has a great ratio so you will only have one gallon of waste water (high in tds) for every 3 gallons of RO water produced. It’s a great way to stay hydrated without having to higher a company for 5 gallon bottles or visit the store to get your RO water. I always suggest you run some vinegar water 50/50 through just about every week to descale the unit prior to build up taking hold. For the price this is a great option. If you have counterspace, but you don't want to spend thousands of dollars installing whole-home or under-sink RO filters, this is the perfect solution! First off, it looks great - it fits right in with normal kitchen appliances, and can easily fit under traditional cabinets. The digital touch screen works flawlessly, and it is really simple to operate. The digital buttons have the perfect sensitivity, and the look of them is intuitive. The setup is a breeze - with an easy to follow set of instructions. Took me about 5 minutes to get it up and running. The water quality is amazing! Not only can you taste a difference (especially if you live in an area with poor water standards) but you can test the difference! I recommend you grab a test kit too, and compare your tap water, your carbon-filtered water (from like your fridge), and the water that comes out of this.. you will truly be amazed at the amount of impurities and chemicals this is able to remove! The filtering process is scientifically proven and works wonders. A filter comes with this unit and it is easy to find replacements - just make sure you change them when prompted! My favorite feature of this unit is the ability to set a temperature to dispense at. This is perfect for mix-in coffee, a cup of noodles, or tea! It is accurate, and relatively quick! Makes it so much easier to set it, place your cup, and continue on while it heats and dispenses! Overall, this is a wonderful machine that is fractions of the cost of other RO solutions, and way easier to get up and running. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for healthier water! Love the idea of this but the controls are a bit difficult to navigate and the initial filter was useless immediately. The water smelled like hard boiled eggs and was undrinkable. I have not replaced the filter because of the first one was bad from day one then it deters me from wanting to spend on another. I would have returned this item if I had been able to set it up within the 30 days. I was really hoping this would be the solution I needed but now it sits on my counter taking up space. 🤷♀️ Read more
The water tastes great and I love all of the temperature functions. The limited size of the water tank is a major drawback. I have to refill it multiple times per day. Read more
