I bought this on a recommendation from a friend because I was having leg cramps in the middle of the night and I knew it was because I was not hydrating enough especially after a workout day… I was excited to try and after reading what some said and all the hype in social media platforms… unfortunately that was all it is hype… at least to me.. I received none of the benefits it claimed to have… I would drink one packet in the morning when I was schedule for a workout with my trainer, then later in the afternoon when I felt the afternoon slump… I might as well been drinking plain water… maybe it work differently with everybody’s body and metabolism… did not work for me.
