When I retired and moved to Denver, Colorado—high desert, one mile up—I knew I needed something to keep me from drying out in this arid air. I’ve tried plenty of options, but after picking up Instant Hydration’s Premium Electrolyte Drink Mix Variety Pack to sample more flavors, I can say it’s going to be a staple in my routine. After tasting them all, raspberry is my clear favorite—bright, clean, and super refreshing. Pros: Fast, noticeable hydration, especially after workouts Natural fruit flavors that really pop (raspberry wins for me) French sea salt for a clean, mineral-rich taste Zero sugar Works for Keto, Vegan, or Paleo diets Dairy/Gluten/Soy free Handy single-serve packets for on-the-go Dissolves smoothly in cold water Packed with essential electrolytes and vitamins Cons: Can taste a bit salty unless you dilute to preference Costs a few pennies more than basic mixes on sale, but they use organically sourced, non-GMO ingredients I originally grabbed the variety pack to fight winter dryness here, and it absolutely delivers. Their Instant Hydration Electrolytes do the trick—I feel it kick in faster than plain water. The fruit flavors are amazing Read more

I love Instant Hydration, since I started using it, it keeps me mindful of drinking more water throughout the day and my migraine headaches, which were debilitating and frequent (at least once or twice a month) have totally stopped. They’re easy to mix, smell great, blend quickly with the water (no grit), and taste great, the watermelon is my favorite. I’m on a monthly subscription now. Read more

I have been seeing Instant Hydration all over my social medias. I was finally suckered into ordering it. Not knowing which flavor to purchase I turned to Amazon and found I could order a variety pack. I received it super quick and just as quick decided this is not the product for me. All of the advertisements talked about how it had some French salt that was supposed to be so much better for you than regular table salt and that they had amazing flavors. I made it according to package directions which said to use at least 16 ounces of water. I made my first cup using a 16.9 oz bottle of water. It was so salty, I could not handle it so I added a 2nd 16.9 oz bottle of water. I tried for 10 minutes to stomach it and I couldn’t get past 5 or so sips. I had to dump it. I will not be trying any other flavors as there is never going to be enough flavor added to them to dilute that much salt flavor. I will go back to just drinking my plain water. Read more

Mixes well especially when shaken, good quality, and very effective with no added sugar. I will say it can taste a little salty especially if it’s not hot outside or you are not sweating. I Purchased this summer for a week long trip to a very hot humid climate where I was outside most of each day. I used one to two packers per day following the manufacturer’s instructions without any health issues and no cramping or dehydration. I liked the flavors so much, except for watermelon, just not what I like, I purchased the starter set where I could choose my own flavors. It is a little pricey, however I feel it is worth the extra cost. Read more

Yes its salty-because you need quality salt to be hydrated. The flavors actually taste great. The ingredients are the cleanest I’ve seen in hydration packets. No dye. Monk fruit sweetener. Nothing fake. It is pricey, but quality often means you pay more. I am someone who just struggles to get in my daily intake of water, so I use these a couple of times per week. Read more

I am loving these, they mix well with water, they are keeping my hydrated, and they taste good. They can seem salty at first, and should as they are effective in their purpose. My muscles feel better, my mind is clearer, and I seem to have more strength throughout the day. I have one of these every day. Read more

Pay attention... Don't be like me! I was looking for this brand specifically, after being bombarded with their ads on Facebook. Trying to decide which 30pk flavor to buy, I stumbled upon this listing for a variety pack! "Perfect," I thought. Yes, the price is high, but there was an $8 coupon, so I figured I'd give it a try. Boy, am I disappointed this morning, when I discovered that I only ordered a TWELVE PACK. I assumed this was a 30 pk box like all the others. The electrolyte drink tastes nice (I'm having orange this morning), but at around $3 per pack? I feel cheated. Read more

Don’t let the other reviews fool you, this has a very gritty texture and absolutely disgusting after taste. I mixed it with water, couldn’t drink it, so I added in some green tea, still couldn’t handle the smell or taste. No refunds allowed on product. Total waste of $40😡 Read more
