Love all the instant pot products. . I bought this maker to replace a 1 year old keurig duo, which is a huge coffee maker. I didn’t want to hear my husband’s nay saying so I left it in the car, pending the appropriate time to sneak it in the house. As luck would have it, I was cleaning up the keurig and it would not pump up water. I tried everything in the world to get the keurig to work but alas, it would not. Luckily, this instant pot coffee maker was still sitting in my car, Ready for action. It makes a great cup of coffee. Absolutely adore the BOLD option. I don’t think I’ll go back to a keurig. First, let me say when it works, this is a great little machine. I really like it but it is undependable. I've had four over the past year and a half, but they all do the same thing you go to brew coffee and all you get is the lights blinking a lot of noise and steam. I've dealt with Insta pot customer service, and they will replace it but without fail, the same thing would happen. I decided to purchase a brand new one and try it one more time hoping they fixed the problem, but the same thing just happened so I'm sending it back. This product should not be sold on Amazon because it is clear it is defective and they know it. Read more

We had ours for a week. All the buttons began flashing and it wouldn't make a cup of coffee. Included manual had no troubleshooting tips. Followed all the steps we could find online with no improvement. Went to the Instapot website listed in the manual and there was nothing about the coffee maker. We have an Instapot and expected the coffee maker to be the same quality. Extremely disappointing and we do not recommend. Read more

Hands down the best single serve coffee maker you can buy. We actually bought this to replace our last one that we bought 4 years ago. It hardly takes up space even on a small countertop. I will caution to use the drip tray though because it does leak after using. Read more
