Not for my dogs or my floors but maybe better for carpet

The media could not be loaded. I have 4 dogs and 1 of them is a younger rescue who is always always chasing balls and they get stuck under the couch and then she cries til I get it for her. So I thought this would be perfect because it would keep her company. My dogs arent very big. The smallest is 7lbs and the biggest is 20 lbs. The dog I expected t o like this is a 17lb pug. However, all 4 of my dogs were either full out afraid of it or had no interest. They just stare or hide. Id think maybe they just needed more time, but the bigger issue is that the ball is made of hard plastic and it is very loud against our wooden floors. The dogs wont go near it because its so loud. Id definitely not recommend this if you have hard flooring. Its even louder in person than it sounds on the video. Maybe it will be better for a household with carpeting. I cant test that theory because we have no carpet in our house. Its a no for us but could be worth trying with softer floors and bigger dogs. Read more

Very short charger cord, but any USB C cord will work and I have lots of them lying around. May be a little large for small dogs....it's about the size of a baseball. Not an inexpensive toy but good entertainment value if your pets react well to it. It's somewhat noisy on a hard floor. Read more

My dog loves it!!

My dog loves this thing. I have a high energy cocker spaniel and this ball keeps her occupied for a good amount of time. In fact the ball was fully charged this morning and she has played with it for over 2 hours resulting in the need for a second charge before the end of the day. Once turned on it will stay on until turned off. That is both a positive and a negative. It does eventually go into some kind of a sleep mode, but continues to consume battery while sleeping. While playing with it, if she leaves it alone for a minute or two, it will start back up on its own which is great for tiring her out. My only complaint isn't a product complaint at all. My dog is large for a cocker and this ball is a little too big for her. She cannot fit it in her mouth and sometimes it frustrates her. We have been putting it in a sock sometimes so she can grab it and pick it up. That is totally my problem and not an issue with the product. Read more
