Seam easily ripped and motor and speaker broke

After 30 minutes of play my small dachshund was able to find a loose seam on the toy and break the motor so it only emits a small buzzing noise. The jumping part of the toy has broken completely easily. I’m quite disappointed since this toy was expensive, compared to a cuter option without Bluetooth that came with a remote. Edit: After 20 more minutes of supervised play the speaker broke. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Pros: Love the ball has non chewable tags & handle to carry it with. It sings & bounces my 8 mi old puppy loves it alot. Very cute with the dog pic & paw prints. Cons: The velcro is very hard to open & remove the charging part of the ball known as the speaker & all. It plays real baby music kinda annoying but dog loves it. Also finding the switch is hard bc it constantly moves. Came with no instructions but figured it out myself anyway. The charging cord is very short, Over all the toy is fun, Very durable. The plastic is well secured inside the velcro which is very hard to open. Keeping it bc my fur baby loves it & plays non stop. Read more

Good toy but it is very difficult to turn it on or off because the cover is thick and durable which makes getting the plastic ball into it a chore. My dog is not an aggressive chewer so this is fine except for the difficulty in taking the ball out of the cover to charge it. Read more
