bought this smart ball for my dog and it has been a total success. I love that it moves on its own and has lights because it keeps my pet entertained even when I can’t play with him. It’s USB rechargeable, which is very convenient, and the battery lasts quite a while. I have a spaz of a puppy and a mature, calm dog that both went crazy for this ball. It's approximately 3 inches in diameter, a sharp blue color, and comprised of a heavy duty plastic material. Gone are the days where my dogs fetched their toy and expected me to throw it to them. The toy shakes and moves itself which motivated my dog to drop it and see where it goes next. I love also that it's rechargeable, utilizing a USB-C charger. Great toy! I'm just hoping it will last long!! * Update. My dog did love the toy but she was able to take it apart very quickly. I'll start by saying that our dog LOVED this when we got it. It was a bit hard to open to turn on, but it seemed good that it wouldn't come apart when our dog played with it. However, less than two weeks after we got it, the battery that came with it leaked all inside the ball, rendering it useless. We had to throw it out. When we first opened it, I would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, given that our dog only got to use it once or twice before it was destroyed by the battery that came with it, I am giving it a much lower rating. It was a bit loud, but it was funny.
