my labs can take apart the toy, customer service was great at resolving issue

This toy gets the dogs attention pretty quickly but.... The labs are able to take the toy apart in little time. I'm always looking for the pieces so I can put the toy back together. I do not think this toy is made for large dog or I have very smart labs. My Husky pup loves this thing lol

I tried a different ball that lights up & rolls around automatically....but it was all made of plastic. Which if you have a Husky or another larger breed pup..... plastic does not go well with said pups! Mine destroyed the ability for me to open it to recharge, so, I started looing for another variation when I cam across this one. I really don't have a complaint. If anything, I wish I could buy additional foam covers as my Husky has one side looking a bit raged..... even though it still rolls around properly. I only worry about her ingesting the pieces.
