The media could not be loaded. Update May 12th, 2025 it didn't last long. I did see that the outer screw together shell can be replaced in case of damage but if that is how it is designed it's a bad design. I got opinions from three female friends/dog owners. The charge port location is inside and sure it protects the dog with saliva and all that but it is not convenient. The primary dog did enjoy throwing the ball in the air, waiting for a time it stopped then pounced on it throwing it again. Well in less than a week it's locked together so tight that it won't unscrewed to charge it and one of the blue coverings came off while trying to unscrew it. The bite force of a playful poodle is very powerful, and it's hard to tell untrained dogs to be careful with a ball toy that vibrates like crazy. I can't recommend a dog toy that even a small dog has damaged in about a week. When I go visit a friend of mine her dog always wants to play fetch, her favorite ball is a blue racquetball. I saw this and decided to see how it compared. First comparison is the size and color -Both balls are similar in size and color the difference being this ball has some lines moulded into it for grip I imagine. The racquetball is much more squeezable and soft making it grip able. I find myself throwing the balls down a hallway and the lightweight softness of the original ball is much quieter than this new automatic vibrating ball. Durability-That will take some time. Her original has lasted years. I do like the fact that this new vibrating ball offers replacement outer shells in case the shell does get damaged, keeping the animals safety in mind. Charging the ball is easy enough the ball screws together separating into two equal halves. One side or the other allows access to the very common USB-C charge port, short cord included. Charging goes pretty quick and an easy to see charge light tells you the status at a glance. Inside the ball there is a small amount of grease or lubricant that allows the spinning action to operate smoothly. The ball is advertised as automatic jumping but mine doesn't jump it does vibrate and move on its own but no jumping up off the ground. Easy ON/OFF operation shuts off automatically after 10 minutes of vibrating. Single button control turns on the RGB LED and the balls vibrating motion. The power button illuminates via an internal LED that just cycles through the standard LED color spectrum. And the ball doesn't vibrate constantly it actually pauses for a few seconds then begins it's vibration action and repeats on and off for ten minutes. Overall good value for the price check it out. Thank you. Read more
