My 1-year-old golden retriever is obsessed with this toy, and it has quickly become the one thing that keeps her entertained long enough for me to actually get things done. The yellow interactive mode is a game changer. It wakes up when she taps it, goes to sleep when she stops, and saves the battery without breaking her play rhythm. The spinning action is hilarious to watch, especially when it switches directions, and the removable rope gives her something to grab and swing around. The extra rope in the box is a nice bonus. The rubbery shell is quieter and gentler than hard plastic toys, and it has held up really well despite some serious play sessions. My only wish is for a version without the chirping sound, because she absolutely loves it… and I absolutely hear it. I like that there are 3 different settings-started out with a calmer setting and when they got used to it went to the “wilder” setting. So comical to watch them calmly paw at it then jump back, pick up, bark or chase it when it surprises them by vibrating and taking off across the floor. I ordered several types of interactive toys at various price points for 2 dachshunds and 2 Aussies. This was the winner by far. Purple mode seems to be their favorite, this alternates between movement, vibrate, and sound. Comes with a replacement rope and it looks like even after my dogs shred that, I’ll be able to continue replacing the rope with simple ropes from any pet store. Worth try for the price. Read more

This interactive toy was great for the first month and then suddenly it stopped charging and was nonfunctional. The company advertises that there is 24/7 customer support, but an email to them remained unanswered. There was no customer support! Unfortunately the return window at Amazon had expired so we were left with a piece of junk.....do not order one unless you are prepared to spend the money on a very short-lasting dog toy. UPDATE: I went from a 2 to a 3 on my review due to EXCELLENT customer service after posting my original review. The purchase price was fully refunded after posting my review. While I wish it had met our original expectations, I am fully satisfied with the amazing customer service. My 8 year old Shih Tzu LOVED this ball. However, after playing with it 3 times while it was turned on and about 3 times when it was off, when we went to charge it we found the entire compartment under the protective cap was filled with saliva. Upon further investigation, we found that the board in the charging cavity was angled and split and obviously at this point not charging. I can only assume that during play, our pup's teeth not only bent but split the board. Talk about scary!! Had the issue with the charging cover not happened, I would have rated this a 10🌟 because it lasted several hours on a charge and our pup LOVED it and it provide him with needed mental/physical stimulation he needed while giving me a little time to get things done around the house without a mopey pup following me and getting underfoot!
