Works right out of the box!
The media could not be loaded. The Invantu KS03 scooter is the perfect size for my 6 year old. Pros: - It came charged right out of the box. - The scooter arrived a day ahead of the scheduled time. - I love the adjustable handlebars - The beautiful RBG changing lights on the front bar and deck compliments the ride. - easy to assemble right out of the box. All you have to do is install the handles and you’re done. - for ages 6 and up however, make sure your child has already used a non electric scooter and has learned to balance well head of time before buying them this scooter. My daughter has been scooting around on a non electric scooter for years. - There are 3 speed modes. Eco, D, and S. Eco- 5mph, D-8mph, S-12mph. - This Invanti Scooter felt durable and I’m impressed with the build quality. - The scooter weighs approximately 17-22lbs. So my 6 year can still pick it up. - I love the safety start embedded in the scooter. In order to accelerate you have to push off the ground first to obtain a speed of approximately 1.8mph before the accelerator will work. - This scooter rides smooth and comfortable on hardwood floors. Will test drive it on Christmas Day on concrete to see if there’s a difference. - The Eco Speed (5mph) is fast enough for a 6 year old and myself. Once I engaged the accelerator it took off fast for a 180w scooter. Cons: - As other reviewers stated, I wish the handlebar were made of metal or steel and not plastic. Especially since accidental drops will occur. However, knowing my daughter I bought insurance on the e-scooter. - There’s a screw head underneath the rear brake fender that rubs against the tire when it’s pressed down. I feel as thought the head of that screw will wear down the rear tire. However, I will provide an update after we test drive it outside. - Lastly, only because of esthetic purposes I don’t like the screws showing on the front handles. It should be facing the rider. Overall, I’m in love with this scooter! And I know my daughter will be too! Update: 12/25/25: The e scooter rides smooth on pavement. And it rides through the grass with no problem for my 6 year old who weighs only 50 lbs. we’ve had it on for an hour and the battery is only at 80%, mind you our neighborhood does have some inclines which will work the motor a bit more. My daughter flies up the inclines whereas I don’t because I weigh 158 lbs. Also, I only had the speed set to ECO 5mph, and I’m sure this contributed to the scooter going a tad slower for me up the inclines. If I had the scooter set to 12mph, I might incline a lot faster!
