I love that the vitamin is small, and very easy to swallow. The quality of these bitamin are good, they have been privately tested. The value for the money is quite nice as you get plenty of vitamins for a little cost. They don't have a taste which is nice. If you need a,d, or k vitamins these are a great buy. Read more
I am probably one of half the population of this country that has been told by a medical provider that they have low vitamin D levels, and been advised to supplement. And if you do your research, you will know that you want to take vitamins A and K2 (and, to be fair, a few more things) together. Now, would you really need 10,000 IU of D3? The reason I decided to go for drastic measures was a concern by my dentist about lack of calcium - a little more searching for information (I know, probably the worst kind of "research") came up with a suggestion to go aggressive on vitamin D supplementation in a scenario like this. Now, to be fair - vitamins A, D and K2 are fat-soluble. This means two things. The first is that you can get too much of them. I would not have gone that aggressive if I didn't have a recent blood test showing that I was deficient, and I plan on following up with another one soon. The second - you need to take this little pill with some sort of fat to be absorbed - so pair it with some yogurt (not the non-fat version...) or some nice cheese :) In short, this is not a supplement that I would consider for long term, but for the three-month supply it should be OK - then I'll probably switch to a lower dose. And, try to also get the daily sunshine to go with it. Read more
So, at first I was quite shocked at the price of these vitamins but after some searching for other quality vitamins I found the price was not out of line. The price for ADK's vitamin is about $18.30 per month. Doing a search on Amazon for other quality vitamins, doing the math for dosage amounts, I found that I could buy very high qulaity vitamin A, D3 and K2 for a monthly price of about $17 per month. There are advantages of taking a single tablet as opposed to 3 tablets from 3 different manufacturers. So, my conclusion is these vitamins are quality vitamins with a small pill size and the price is in line with other vitamins at this dosage level. Read more
I like this 90 day supply of vitamin A, D, and K2 as MK-7. It contains no additives, fillers, or binders. There are no GMO's, it's manufactured in the USA, and Free of all the top allergens. It contains 167% (1,500mcg) of Vitamin A, 1,250% (10,000) Vitamin D3, and 417% (500mcg) of K2. So it is definitely a high dose supplement with great ratios for each. The capsules are really small, and is easy to swallow on a daily basis. It is also Vegan friendly. Read more
