Love this little guy! It works exactly as advertised. Mapped my house correctly the first time, mopped my entire downstairs using only 12% battery life, and then docked itself. The app is easy to use to add no-mop zones. Everything just works right the first time. My floor hasn't been this clean in years! Read more

The media could not be loaded. Hands down to this amazing Roomba combo vacuum and mop. It was super easy to assemble just the little brush attachment and secure the mopping pad into place, filled the mop compartment with solution and water. As soon as it was fully charged, I downloaded the Roomba app and followed the steps. I let it go to explore the house and it started creating the map of the house, separating room by room and finally started it's first cleaning process. Navigation is incredibly accurate it smoothly navigates around furniture, under tables, and even handles tricky corners like a pro. I love how the app allows for lots of custom cleaning options (only clean certain rooms, deep clean, vacuum only, etc.). Cleaning floors is the least favorite chore in this house, but now our floors stay nice and clean. It's smart, quiet, efficient, and extremely user-friendly. If you’re looking for a robot vacuum and mop combo that does it all and actually delivers on its promises, this is it. Totally recommend it. Read more

I never thought that I'd go out and buy a robot vacuum (because it just sounds kind of gimmicky), but here we are! I'll start by admitting that I was wrong. I initially thought "there's no way a tiny little robot like that can do any actual cleaning," but decided to try it out anyway. We have combination hardwood floors and rugs through most of the house, so I went with the vac and mop option. Setup was a breeze. You just unbox everything, start charging the little guy, and download the iRobot app. To program, all you have to do is fire up the robot, and it Maps your entire floor plan by itself! It's easy to split the floor plan into different sections, and give each area a name. Then, you can create routines in the app, for which areas to clean on which days. You can also select the level of cleaning you want to do, or have the robot spot clean an area on your map. As far as the actual vacuuming, it does a pretty good job of cleaning small messes (hair, crumbs, etc.) but I'm not sure how it would do on bigger jobs. I have been running the vacuum a couple of times a week, and it's mostly to maintain an already clean living area. One thing that I wish I could change though is the battery life. This particular model has a battery that lasts less than an hour, so the robot has to go and recharge in the middle of cleaning if I'm trying to do the entire house. I think what I'll eventually do is split the area up so one section is done per day, and have a multi-day routine setup. The mop function works pretty well also, but again I've only used it to maintain cleanliness around the house. Read more

This thing seems to be getting dumber by the day. It started out pretty decent vacuuming and mopping. After a few times using it though, now it seems to get itself stuck regularly and has trouble finding its way home. Also, the battery life is very disappointing. It will run out of battery vacuuming a 500-sf space on deep clean mode. Then it takes hours to charge, making a simple task a day-long ordeal. The vacuuming on hard surfaces does well, but it has a hard time getting into tight corners. Lastly, the mopping leaves ALOT to be desired. Streaks and dried haze make the wood floors look worst off than when it started (works ok for the tile floors, or at least it isn't visible). The good is that it does a great job vacuuming the area rugs and is pretty convenient when you have to leave out or multitask. I'd take it just for the vacuuming part because the mopping isn't it! I'm a big fan of Roomba and have been using an older model for years, but it didn't have a mopping feature so I was excited to try this upgraded version that does both. Setup was simple, and the app made the whole process easy to manage. I love how it maps the house and automatically separates rooms, which gives me the flexibility to customize my cleaning. For example, I can vacuum and mop the kitchen, then just vacuum the living room without moving the device or reprogramming anything. The suction is powerful enough to leave visible vacuum lines in my carpet, similar to what I'd get using my upright vacuum. It also does a great job on my tile floors. I'm impressed by how the brushes reach into corners and pick up every little dust bunny, which is especially helpful since I have a dog. Speaking of my dog he isn't a fan and leaves the room when it starts, but I love how well it handles pet hair and dust. It makes daily upkeep much easier. The water tank is easy to fill and swapping the mop cloth is simple thanks to the velcro attachment. Emptying the dustbin is quick and hassle free too. Overall, this Roomba has been a huge time saver. The ability to vacuum and mop in one pass keeps my home feeling fresh and clean with minimal effort. I'm really happy with the upgrade. Read more
