Costs more than similar, and even identical, rings, but it's also very nice. Overall, the visual impact and quality are high, but, at the time of review, it stands at nearly fifty-dollars. Meanwhile, for around thirty to thirty-five-dollars, you can get an identical or nearly-identical ring of the same millimeter width and in the same size and made with the same gold-plating, which makes this top-quality but also very much the same as a ring costing fifteen dollars less. This is a five-star ring that is knocked down to a four-star rating by simply costing more than ten-dollars over what the same ring costs via other dealers. If this were five-dollars more, and only five-dollars, I'd give it five stars and say it's a worthy contender in comparison to all others you could choose right now. But, given what's available right now, it's seventeen-dollars more than the same thing via another dealer, so I can't give it more than four-stars, even though they've done a perfect job on this ring. For quality, it's five all the way. For cost, it's four. In this economy, I have to factor in the price-comparison, in order to be fair to anyone reading this review, and, as far as I can tell, this is identical to one you can buy for significantly less today. Lower the price to thirty-five and this is a five-star option. At nearly fifty, it's just too costly for what you get. The gold-plating is rated the same, looks the same, and feels the same, so it's not worth the extra money unless you've just got money to burn. And still, there's nothing wrong with this and the quality is top-tier, truly in the top of all that I've seen. If I didn't have an obligation to be as honest as possible and as fair as possible to both the sellers and customers looking at this product, I'd give it a five-star rating for being so pretty and so well-made. But my duty is to be honest from all sides on this. It's perfect, high-quality, lovely, and a really nice option, but it costs more than fifteen-dollars over the cost of an identical ring and around fifteen-dollars more than most similar rings on the market. Only a few cost fifty-dollars these days, and I'd give them four-stars as well, for being so much more expensive than the competition. This is a cool design idea for a ring. The gold foil interior gives it a textured look that shines nicely. The gold foil is protected by what I assume is a glass casing... whatever it is it is quite thick and clear. Seems like it should hold up well over time. The makes for a really nice gift, even if you its for the sake of treating yourself! The ring has a clean shinny look, and it seems like if you keep it clean, it should continue to look good for days to come. All around, I have no complaints. It is a really nice ring.
