sturdy, thicker than other Pilates mats
I have three Pilates mats: one is too thin and bothers my back when doing floor exercises, one is too thick and affects my balance when doing standing exercises. This Lindywell mat is thicker but not "spongey" so I feel balanced on it. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it. Read more
