We have had an iSpring system for 5 years and it does a great job of filtering our water. It removes the minerals that would leave rust spots in our sinks protecting our fixtures. We recently purchased replacement filters, but one set was faulty and restricted our water flow to almost no flow. This had never happened in the years we’ve had the system and replaced the filters. A quick call to customer service and iSpring said they’d replace the filters. Thanks Nick! Update: The filters that arrived initially were the wrong size. One email to Nick and he resolved the issue. I purchased 2 iSpring filters through Amazon in September of 2025, one model FG25B KS and one FP25 B. I replaced the two 0riginal filters that came with the original system that I installed with the iSpring system in December of 2024. These original filters performed well for 9months with minimal pressure drop. I have pressure gauges on both the inlet side and outlet side of my system.as well as a pressure gauge monitoring my well pump pressure. Once I installed the new filters we started noticing a drop in water pressure in lates October. Thes pressure drops got worse till at times, we had only a trickle of water from our faucets. Pressure reading on the outlet side of the system would drop to almost nothing while pressure at the pump was still reading 60LB at cut out. I removed the sediment filter and put the empty blue canister back in place. The pressure drop did not change. I then removed the FG25B KS filter, replacing the empty blue canister and ran the system with no filter cartridges in place. Water pressure returned to within a pound or two of the pump pressure and flow to the house was as it should be. It was apparent that even after the short time these filter had been in service one or both had completely plugged up. We ran this system for 10 years without a whole house filter system with no evidence of excessive sediment or other flow issues, We installed the system after Hurricane Helene just to be safe. After diagnosing the problem as faulty filters I contacted Sean at iSoring. Sean was extremely helpful. I sent him proof of purchase via email and he responded immediately stating he would send out new replacement filters right away at no charge. I received them in two days. I have yet to install them but I am sure based on the excellent customer service from Sean and iSpring, should I have additional issues, I can depend on iSpring to do their best to rectify the problem.
