This ISpring Tankless RO is exceptional both in function and in the amazing service that is provided for ongoing support. Drinking water is THE major health issue for overall wellness, longevity, etc. First the product...it is tankless so installation under a sink is straightforward. I still had my plumber do it and he was done in 10 minutes. Then you get crystal clear on demand drinking water all day. Suddenly my coffee, tea, soups, etc. all taste amazing. Filter changes are a breeze...on a six month, one year, and two year cycle....it is just a quarter turn and done. It is easier than changing inkjet printer cartridges. Next, the service. ISpring provides support with REAL HUMANS. You call on an issue of filter change or anything else and a helpful rep with real expertise is there to guide you. In my case my system started to act up and not deliver water without unplugging and replugging the unit several times. I called ISpring and my rep -- NICK -- listened to the pattern I described and determined it was an issue with the pump....my unit was 21 months old and within the warranty and he promptly sent me a new base unit! This was amazing....they really do stand behind their product and the price is so reasonable for something that is essential every day. Got it in and installed. Love the design. Small footprint. Instructions are good but could use some revisions to be less confusing and contradictory. And, some important notes/instructions are missing that should be included. The system came with a faucet that was a smidge too small for a 1-1/2" hole in the sink. Turns out it was an older faucet without a face plate. Very grateful to Michele at iSpring, who sent the new and better faucet with the faceplate which works great! And, included the Carbon Block filter, which I thought was going to be sent versus the Alkaline. All this gratis; so very appreciated and shows iSpring seems to stand by their product and care about their Customer. I'm going to trust that it filters out what it says in the writeup, as I can't currently test it myself. System works good, water tastes good. Side note, for those wondering, you do not need a two way angle stop. This comes with an inline adapter that appears to be well made and should hold up over time. Follow up comment: I am so happy with this system. My ice cubes and water are clearer, taste better and even have a different texture. However, three days after getting this system installed, Amazon dropped the price by $125 (incl tax). I was outside of the 7 day price adjustment window by 1 day. I called Amazon and requested a price adjustment, which it declined. After speaking with Nick at iSpring, he once again, went over and above and offered to send me replacement filters to offset the price difference. Thank you Nick! Amazon could learn something about people and customer service from iSpring and 123filters.com. iSpring and 123filters.com has a loyal customer for life. Do not hesitate to buy anything and everything from this company. The products are good, the people are good and you will not be disappointed. Update to review on March 3, 2026: I love the RO system and, once again, Customer Service is exceptional. I purchased this water filter shortly after my son was born and must say it made a significant difference in our households health. We spend less on this system than on bottled water. This machine paid for itself in less than a year if you include the amount of time and effort I have saved, since I no longer need to haul water into my kitchen (2 trips a week.) Installation was easy for someone with basic to intermediate plumbing knowledge. Water quality and taste is fantastic. Very impressed with the overall design, function, and quality of this machine and the water it produces. I haven't tested any of my water. But I can taste a definite difference.
