Picture of filter head does not match what is in pkg

The picture of the filter head is incorrect as of March 2016. The filter head that is included in the package does not have a gauge or the vertical and horizontal shutoff connectors. I am in the process of remodeling my home and have not installed this filter yet. I just want to let people know that the picture does not match what is in the package. I have at least inspected the filter head and filter. They both seem to be of high quality, After I get this installed I will update this review. ------------------------------------------- UPDATE: 6/11/2016 It's been several months since I had this installed by my plumber. I looked at my invoice and could not believe how much I spent on this thing. The price has significantly dropped since I purchased this filter back in March 2016. I also had a whole house filter installed. The water coming out of the whole house filter gets filtered again by the NXT. To be honest, I cannot taste the difference between the water that only comes out the whole house filter and the water being filtered by the NXT. In both cases, the water does taste better than regular tap water. The advertisement for the NXT indicates that it also filters out some pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter medications, etc... I can only take the manufacturers word on this. I do know that if these things are being filtered out, they do not affect the taste of the water. Before installing this filter, I was buying water from a "water store" in 5 gallon jugs. I can taste the difference between the water being filtered by the NXT and the water from the store. The difference may be caused by the minerals that do not get filtered by the NXT. This difference does not bother me. Would I buy this filter again? No. The whole house filter I bought ( 3M Aqua-Pure Whole House Water Filtration System - Model AP801-C ) seems to be doing an adequate job at filtering out the things that make the tap water taste bad. I am keeping the 4 star rating. The NXT seems to be a quality product and the filter is easy to change. It may also be filtering out additional unwanted things in my tap water that I cannot taste.
