Used to be my most favorite and now my least favorite product!!!!
The company should be ashamed of itself. They have changed the formula and it went from being my favorite product that I can't live without to the worst product. The consistency that used to be a great conditioner now feels like a smily lotion. I used this product exclusively and used to get so many compliments on my shiny hair. Been using this for over 10 years! No more. Go to reddit and you can see how many complaints they have now. Look at the back of the bottle to see the change. Detangle used to be number 1 on the list of the back of the bottle. Now it is at the bottom probably because it doesn't untangle anymore!! Read more

Not the same fragrance or softness
I have always been very happy with this daily conditioner from It’s a 10 products. I have been using this product for approx. 15 years. This purchase I bought through a different supplier. I will admit I didn’t think much about this being an issue. However in my opinion…I am somewhat disappointed in this product…from this particular supplier. This particular item did not have the same fragrance, smell or softening all the other It’s a 10 daily conditioners I have been buying over these many years… Read more
