I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, the build and how stable this product t is... the metal is a either stainless steel or nickel plated. The rubber to hold it in place inside the carriage stops the echo 21 from shifting around. The rubber underneath stops the echo 21 from sliding and the weight stops it from sliding... so one can have the convenience to move this devi e around from room to room. Read more

At first look it is a stand and it does it's job well. On second look it is very well designed and is quite beautiful for what it is. Tiny details like the angle of the cut in tray grab light and truly are precisionly done. It stays in place well on the desk and does not slide or wobble on every movement on the desk. Read more
