I have tried pillows like this before and didn’t like them so I was reluctant to try this one. However, this one is really a good pillow. First off there was no offgassing of any kind so that helped. Hypoallergenic did not bother my chemical sensitivities. Because I have a shoulder issue, I have to have a lower loft when I sleep on my right side and a higher loft when I sleep on my left. This pillow allows me to just flip it around when I roll over. It gives me a good night sleep I don’t have a crick in my neck when I wake up or a headache… very well worth the price! I have several of these cervical pillows, and this is not what I was hoping for. The pillow is extremely flat and flimsy for this type of pillow. It also stores heat rather than provide any cooling features. It does seem to have a decent quality build to it. However, I will not be using it so don’t know if it will hold up long term.
