I LOVE this mouse. I mouse with both my left and right hands and love that the mouse has a little ledge towards the bottom to rest my pinky finger. This takes even more stress off my hand and arm. Any mouse requires changing buttons when you use it with your left hand, so it's sad to see people bash this mouse because they don't know how to change the buttons from your PC. This mouse is easy to glide around and the battery lasts a long time. I recommend using a mouse pad with any sideways mouse like this one to support your wrist https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00000JRRD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 Read more

I am returning this item. I failed to notice that it is for small hands. My hand is medium, and this mouse leaves the middle of my hand unsupported. Also, this mouse flares out below your little finger. My finger slides off the flare onto the table/mouse pad, which leaves the corner of the flare uncomfortable under my small fingers. Possibly this would work for a small hand. My other mice have no such flare and my fingers comfortably touch the mouse pad. Read more

Easy setup, and the switchable resolution is a nice feature, though I think the jitter is too high on the highest setting. But the other 3 settings work great and it's easy to switch to a lower resolution when drawing fine detail. Responsiveness is outstanding - no perceptible lag at all. The shell is a little small for my hand (i have long fingers), but it's fine. My wrist is cocked back a little when the trackball is flat on the desk. To straighten my wrist I use a wood wedge to tilt the trackball forward about 15 degrees and that arrangement works fine. Unfortunately, the ball sticks a bit when starting from a stopped position. Once moving, it rolls nicely, but that initial stick is extremely annoying. I've gone thru the usual remove & clean process to no avail. Read more

I had to teach myself to use my left hand to operate my mouse because of surgery on my right hand. This mouse is fantastic and easy to move. No pressure on the carpel area of your wrist. It is so comfortable to use that I'm not sure I will switch back. Read more

Took it out of the box connected as directed in instructions, item works great. Have be used a Trackball for a very long time and this one worked good for a month. decided to purchase a second one for another computer. After I received the second one about a month later the first one started to skip when using the wheel. I thought there was something wrong but it was to late to return it. About a month after i received the second one it started doing the same thing again to late to return. Know I have two that the wheels skip and do what they want. I would not recommend this product. This trackball was quick and easy plug and play. The ball moves smoothly and I love it. I have a small desk and it has helped greatly to eliminate both moment and cordage. I honestly can't tell the difference in this mouse vs a logitech. So glad I saved the money and went with this one! Read more

First left-handed mouse I tried. It's a quality mouse with good support for the pinky (that why I chose it). I want to like it, BUT......it is too small for me with a medium hand. There is also a major issue: the DPI adjustment button is placed too close to the forward and backward buttons making it too easy to press the wrong button. Read more
