This backpack way exceeded my expectations. It's really nice, feels well made. The color and the design details are beautiful. There are tons of zipper pouches and compartments throughout the front for storage, side pockets for bottles, a nice laptop compartment in the back, and a big, roomy large compartment in the middle. The underneath lunchbox storage is very spacious, large enough to fit a full-sized Bentgo lunchbox (or similar) with room to spare. I can get my daughter's kid's Bentgo, utensil holder, and all kinds of snacks in there no problem. A couple of small notes would be that the lunchbox compartment is only good for hard top items, I wouldn't put a bag of chips or anything that can be squished in there since it sits under the rest of the backpack and it's a soft compartment, no structure to protect what's in there. And the side pouches for bottles are not elastic, so anything that's not secured somehow or just really snug in there will fall right out. It does have an elastic band on the top that can be used to clip to if your bottle has a clip. Really minor things though, definitely not deal breakers! The zippers, straps, and stitches all look really really sturdy. It's too soon to tell of course, but I'm thinking this backpack will stand the test of time...and school! Read more

This product is very spacious and holds all of my son’s books and papers for school. It even has a zipper pitch connected to the bottom of the backpack that is insulated that he can place his lunch inside so and extra bag isn’t needed. The zippers unzip easily and efficiently. This pack is a very good quality and has good style. This is very functional since you can carry lunch and books all in the same bag. The straps are padded to help with the ability to carry the bag. I chose this backpack because of the happy confetti design and cheerful colors, but it's far more than good looking. It is HUGE inside and well-designed for all sorts of functions--lunch storage, pens/credit cards/cell phone, laptop, books... I will be using it for trail hiking and can foresee carrying two drink bottles, lunch for three or more people, plus my jacket and collapsible chair, too.
